Medical Checkup
Any person who is registered as a foreign resident in Chino City and is enrolled in the national health insurance can have the following medical checkups.
Note
- People on welfare or allowed an exemption from city resident tax (Shimin-zei) can have the following medical checkups for free. Please apply for medical checkups beforehand at Kenko-kanri center or Hoken-ka Kenko -suishin-gakari.
- If you are enrolled in a medical insurance other than the national health insurance, please ask your insure.
- You may not be able to have a medical checkup because of your condition. For more information, please ask Kenko-kanri center.
