- Remove the appropriate questionnaires found in the Health Check and Vaccination Handbook, fill in the necessary details and hand it into the staff at the reception desk together with your Maternal and Child Health Handbook on the vaccination or health check day.

Children with diarrhea cannot be vaccinated.

-Put suitable clothes on your child after the vaccinated area is dry. If there is weeping, don’t cover. | |

-If your child has diarrhea, he/she can’t have the vaccination. Don’t give your child any drink or food an hour before or after he/she has the polio vaccine. | |
